A resolution of the Township of Haines, Centre Co., PA establishing the Pennsylvania Local Government Investment Trust as the depository of choice for a portion of the Township's STATE FUNDS and maintaining the GENERAL OPERATING ACCOUNTS of the Township of Haines and the remaining STATE FUNDS through the depository, Jersey Shore State Bank. All Township funds will be maintained according to the Second Class Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and are subject to audit by the State of PA.
