ALL COMPLAINTS CONCERNING POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS OF TOWNSHIP CODE SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE PENNS VALLEY CODE ENFORCEMENT AGENCY; WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SEWAGE AND HIGHWAY ISSUES.
